Absolutely. Most people start exactly where you are. Your plan is built around your current fitness level and confidence, and we progress gently so nothing ever feels overwhelming. There's no judgment here — just a calm, supportive place to begin.
Coaching is primarily online, so you can train from home, your local gym or wherever suits you — anywhere in India. You'll get your plan through an app, with regular WhatsApp check-ins and 1:1 video calls. If you'd prefer in-person sessions, mention it on your free call and we'll see what's possible.
Yes — fully. Your nutrition plan is built around the food you actually eat: vegetarian, eggetarian, Jain, non-veg, regional cuisines and festival meals all welcome. No boiled, bland 'diet food' and no banning your favourites — just balanced, realistic portions of dishes you enjoy.
Many people feel better — more energy, better sleep, less bloating — within the first few weeks. Visible changes usually build over a couple of months as habits settle in. We focus on steady, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes, because that's what actually lasts.
Plans are flexible. Monthly coaching renews month to month, and programmes like the 12-Week Transformation run for their set period. You can pause or stop in line with your plan's terms — we'll go over the exact details before you start, so there are no surprises.
A generic plan treats everyone the same. Here, your workouts, nutrition and check-ins are personalised to your body, lifestyle, schedule and goals — and they adapt as you change. You also get nutrition coaching, habit support and accountability between sessions, not just an hour on the gym floor.
Many clients train safely with various health conditions, and movement can be wonderful during and after pregnancy. That said, please check with your doctor first and share any guidance they give. With their clearance, we'll adapt everything to keep you safe and comfortable. This coaching supports, but never replaces, medical advice.
You're never left on your own. Depending on your plan you'll have regular WhatsApp check-ins, progress reviews and 1:1 calls, plus gentle nudges when life gets busy. The aim is steady support and honest feedback — someone in your corner so good habits keep going even on the hard weeks.
